I guess I'll just have to use my memory

Friday already eh? Don't the weeks just fly by? Bringing my trip home ever closer. Urgh. Best not to think about it. If I pretend its not going to happen then I can spend forever bumming around Canada, living by the sea and having BBQs, right?

RIGHT?

Oh suit yourself. Anyway its been a quietish week here. Over the weekend we celebrated St George's Day in a way we never could back in Britain, we had a BBQ. 2 in fact as everyone went a bit mad buying food. For pictures see Paul 'King' Banks' blog. Sadly I've lost my camera. I had it clipped to my belt like a tourist while walking to the beach and somewhere along the way it must of fell of. I couldn't find it and unless there's a miracle I'm going to have to accept I've lost it. Thank God I had burnt a CD of photo's only a month ago. And of course there's quite a lot of photos on here. Still, annoying to loose the other photos and the actual camera of course. Guess that's sorted out what I'm getting myself for my birthday... Tuesday after next remember!

Speaking of birthdays on Wednesday Gav celebrated his own and we all went to a comedy club called Yuk Yuks. Now usually the standard of comedy at these things isn't usually high but I think we were all pleasantly surprised how good most of the comedians were. It helped they each only did about 5 minutes of material. Nearly everyone could probably think of funny stuff to say for 5 minutes... Well maybe not but anyway it was good. I still feel the biggest joke of the evening though was the world's worst pizza I ate due to a lack of dinner. Tiny, under-cooked and damn expensive it the worst pizza I've had in Vancouver. What made it worst was the fact there are half a dozen pizza joints that would of done slices for about a buck each they would of been far better. Oh well.

So yeah, bad pizza and a lost camera. Hmmm.

On the bright side the sun's out!
